This role ensures effective coordination, communication, and execution of all project activities while providing professional, timely, and solution-oriented support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between the customer and Woojin throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects—from initiation through completion. This role ensures effective coordination, communication, and execution of all project activities while providing professional, timely, and solution-oriented support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Project Proposal Preparation
- Review and understand project objectives, scope, and conditions.
- Attend and document proposal-related meetings.
- Prepare and submit commercial and technical proposals in coordination with relevant teams.
- Conduct proposal-related travel as required.
- Deliver final formal proposals to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Serve as the main liaison between the customer, internal teams, and headquarters.
- Conduct site visits as necessary to monitor project progress.
- Attend and report on project-related meetings.
- Coordinate product delivery with office and production team members.
- Plan, monitor, and maintain onsite workforce activities.
- Review, submit, and obtain customer approval on all deliverables within required timelines.
- Manage project-related travel and logistical needs.
- Collaborate and coordinate with HQ project team members to align on deliverables and timelines.
- Travel to HQ as needed to support project activities and communication.
- Prepare and maintain project-related reports, documentation, and forms.
- Develop and improve standardized project coordination templates and processes.
- Support activities related to new project opportunities.
- Conduct research and create supporting documents for project proposals and development.
- Assist other Project Coordinators as needed.
- Participate in WISA weekly meetings and provide project status updates.
- Attend and report on meetings as requested by upper management.
- Maintain an organized and professional work area and manage assigned equipment appropriately.
- Support facility and equipment maintenance to ensure a clean, organized work environment.
- Provide assistance to headquarters for various requests and initiatives.
- Perform special tasks assigned by upper management, particularly in urgent or time-sensitive situations.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bilingual in English and Korean required.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
